I recently had an incredible experience with a business that truly went above and beyond. After accidentally getting the wrong type of paint on the sidewalks at school (my work place), I was in a bind and needed it cleaned urgently for our Veterans Day program. Despite having already worked a long day, the owner came out to help. He initially quoted me between $150 and $250, which I was prepared to pay out of my own pocket since it was my mistake. He worked diligently on removing the paint and even told me to go home while he continued to work. Later, he sent me pictures showing that he had successfully removed the paint. To my surprise, he refused to accept any payment, simply asking that we consider his services for any future needs. I noticed he was wearing a Blue Line Power Washing veteran-owned business shirt, and I thanked him, especially since Veterans Day was the next day. His generosity and dedication were truly inspiring. What a difference it made in the appearance of my home! That green mold is gone along with black staining on my gutters and soffits.
